At The Lodge Welcome to At The Lodge Holistic Services. At The Lodge, we specialise in offering a range of services designed to nurture the mind, body, soul and spirit.

Jenny Eustace – ‘At The Lodge’

Now offers holistic services for adults, including Cross-Professional Supervision, Mindfulness, Spiritual Guidance/Direction to nurture balance, clarity, and inner peace for mind, body, heart, soul and spirit. My name is Jenny Eustace, and I am delighted to invite you to explore the transformative world of holistic well-being. With a strong background in education,

and more specifically early childhood education, I hold an Honours degree in Early Childhood Education and Care. This foundation and my 30 years experience enabled me to adopt a “whole child” approach to learning and care focusing on the body, mind, soul, and spirit of children. Over time, I began to recognise that the same care and attention we give to children is just as essential for us as adults. This realisation has allowed me to expand my work and research and to train in both cross-professional supervision incorporating ‘The Wisdom Model’ ™️ and Spiritual Guidance Counselling and to now support adults, with the understanding that we all need thoughtful care, opportunities for self-connection, and space to nurture our well-being. At The Lodge, we provide a tranquil indoor and outdoor space where you can fully immerse yourself in nature and the natural world. Our sensory garden, peaceful labyrinth, and thoughtfully designed seating areas offer a haven to pause, reflect, and rest in the presence of stillness. These spaces are intended to deepen your connection with yourself and the natural world, nurturing your soul and inspiring renewal. Our offerings at the lodge include cross-professional supervision, Spiritual Guidance Counselling, Mindfulness practices, Circle dancing and Yoga. Additionally, I offer soul care practices through creative modalities such as soul gardening™️,soulful collage, sand tray therapies, and more. These are designed to help you reconnect with your inner self, strengthen your spiritual connection, and move to a place of profound inner peace and clarity. We also host a range of intimate workshops with very small numbers to ensure personalised attention and a deeply enriching experience. These include seasonal offerings such as St. Brigid’s Day workshops, as well as creative arts workshops like cross-stitch, stained glass making, expressive art story and poetry telling/writing and pottery. These activities allow participants to explore their creativity while engaging in soul care practices that inspire both joy and healing. Whether through workshops, one-to-one guidance, or our holistic activities, At The Lodge provides a sanctuary where you can step away from the rush of daily life, rediscover your essence, and embrace the journey toward balance and self-discovery. I look forward to welcoming you to this sacred space and supporting you as you step into your most authentic self. Best Wishes Jenny

“Our life is a short opportunity to show compassion.”
~Henri Nouwen

Today after work I walked slowly around the garden and discovered that among my pink hydrangeas was a single bloom shaped like a perfect heart.

It stopped me in my tracks.

How easily we become caught up in the pace of life work, responsibilities, misunderstandings, organisations, deadlines, meetings and all the things that seem so important in the moment.

I think nature always has a gentle way of calling us back to what really matters.

The sudden death of the gifted musician Glen Hansard yesterday I think has reminded so many of us how fragile and precious life truly is. None of us knows what tomorrow will bring. We cannot hold onto today, let alone tomorrow.

Love your family well. Tell your children you love them. Hold those closest to you a little tighter. Forgive more quickly. Let go of old hurts where you can. Worry a little less about being right and spend a little more time being kind.

Today, a single flower reminded me of that and to live my life from the heart. 💗

✨ Poetry Of The Heart – A Weekly Update ✨
I can hardly believe I’m writing this…

I have now finished editing 50 contributors and 140 beautiful pieces for Poetry Of The Heart, with approximately 15 contributors still to go. By the time the collection is complete, I expect it will contain around 200 poems and reflections.

As I read each poem I am amazed by the incredible richness and diversity of the voices that have come together.

This collection now includes work from spiritual guides, supervisors, therapists, musicians, educators, artists, poets, and reflective practitioners, each bringing their own unique wisdom, experience and heart.

It has also become an international collection, with contributions from 6 countries including a beautiful bilingual Ukrainian poem, presented in both its original language and English translation.

Within these pages are poems, prayers, blessings, meditations, prose reflections and deeply personal stories of hope, grief, healing, justice, compassion and love. Every voice is different, yet together they create something much greater than the sum of their parts.

There is still work to do, but the finish line is now in sight, and I can’t wait to hold this beautiful book in my hands.

Thank you to every contributor who has trusted me with your words. It is such a privilege to walk alongside each of you in bringing this book to life.
Jenny 💜

Today is the final day for submissions to Poetry of the Heart, and I simply want to say thank you. I have been truly overwhelmed by the incredible response to this project, with over 60 contributors, including several published authors, choosing to share their voices and their hearts.

It means so much that so many people have recognised the vision and purpose behind this book. I am so excited to move into the next phase and begin bringing it to life. My hope is that Poetry of the Heart will become a beautiful and meaningful collection for those involved in spiritual direction and supervision, while also making a difference through all proceeds being donated to charity.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to making this dream a reality. I can’t wait to share this journey with you all.

Last year, I had the idea of creating a poetry collection featuring the work of friends and professional colleagues working in the areas of spiritual direction and supervision. At the time, I passed the idea on, hoping someone else might bring it to life. That didn’t happen, and so I have decided to take it on myself. And now, to my delight, it is actually happening.

Thank you so much to everyone who has already sent in poetry submissions. I am genuinely blown away by the interest in this project and deeply grateful for the enthusiasm and support it has received.

I’m so excited about what is coming together. Already, four published authors have agreed to be included in the collection, which makes the project even more special and inspiring.

If you have written a poem and would like it to be included, I would love to hear from you.

Perhaps you have a poem tucked away in a notebook, written in your early twenties, or one that has been waiting patiently to find its place in the world. This could be its opportunity to be published in a book.

We are particularly interested in poems that explore themes such as:

• Spiritual reflection and contemplation

• Presence, awareness and mindfulness

• Hope, healing and resilience

• Personal growth and self-awareness

• Compassion, belonging and human connection

• Nature, mystery and the sacred

• Silence, stillness and listening

• Invitation, discernment and insight

• Life transitions, grief, joy and transformation

• Wisdom gained through lived experience

Please feel free to get in touch at [email protected] for more information.

Thank you again for your wonderful support. I can’t wait to see this book come to life.

Evening Everyone
I would like to invite any of my poetic friends who may wish to contribute to a forthcoming publication to get in touch. Contributions would be very welcome.

This book is primarily designed as a resource for spiritual guides directors and supervisors, but it will also be highly relevant and supportive for anyone working within counselling, psychotherapy, or holistic healthcare and related therapeutic fields.

We are welcoming original poems or affirmations, long or short that are uplifting in nature, reflective, or aligned with themes of healing, growth, support, spirituality and wellbeing.

Just as all my past creative pieces all proceeds from the sale of this publication will be donated directly to charity.

In appreciation of your contribution, every poet who submits work for inclusion will receive a copy of the finished hardback book at a specially reduced contributor’s rate.

If you feel inspired to contribute, or know someone whose work may be suitable, I would be very grateful if you could share this invitation with your friends.

Thank you in advance for your support and generosity. I’m really looking forward to reading all your poetry.
Thanks so much Jenny x x

On this peaceful Saturday evening, I’d love to share this meditation reflection with you all.

We get caught up in life’s busyness, and every now and then it’s important to pause… breathe deeply… and reconnect with the essence of who we truly are.

Tonight, I invite you to take some quiet time for yourself — to relax, slow down, and simply be present in this moment. Allow the worries of the week to soften and let peace gently fill your heart.

May this evening bring you stillness, clarity, healing, and calm energy for the days ahead.

Wishing you all a restful and beautiful Saturday evening. 🙏
