We have some very exciting events coming up over the next couple of weeks.

The first is a cool event with Science Foundation Ireland for Science Week. A Molecular Gastronomy Brunch Demo & Workshop for kids and their grown ups on 19th November.

Nothing like this exists for children so it really is a once off amazing opportunity.

Hi Everybody,

I am sorry about the delay in getting the word to you but it is with great difficulty I can tell you there will not be cookery classes the summer at the the Academy for Junior Chefs. There have been some changes and developments at both The Academy for Junior Chefs and the Village at Lyons and as a result there will not be classes this July.

I have grown and developed The Academy for Junior Chefs and joined forces with a new business partner Louise Lennox to create Foodoppi.
Foodoppi.com is an online food network for tweens and teens . We have just launched and are very excited about it all.
it is packed with cool, fun foodie content - video recipes, step by step skills videos, food science and food art videos to name a few.

It has been such a pleasure to get to know you and I hope we will meet again soon. I have had the best fun each summer with you, cooking, exploring, learning and laughing. I feel very honoured and privileged to have had time and fun with you all.

We are currently planning lots of events for foodoppi and my Junior and Pro Chefs will be first on the guest lists!

Project Mc2 focuses on four dolls described as 'smart, sassy and stylish'. The aim is to create a new image of girls in science instead of the traditional 'geek'. The toys also have a TV show on Netflix.
