Good afternoon everyone,

Just a quick announcement regarding training next Monday 3rd of August. As its a bank holiday, the following schedule will be as follows.

10am to 11am
Beginners to yellow belt/Green tag.

11am to 12noon
Green belt to black belt.

All class will resume as per normal schedule on Thursday 6th of August.

We are having a pre-grading class for the grading candidates on Wednesday evening from 6.45pm to 8pm, covering all the grading requirements Dobuks bottoms and t shirt only. Please bring plenty of water for the next few days as it's quite warm in the evening.
