Everyone loves honey, yet the industry has been rocked by continuous accusations of adulteration, with numerous reports claiming that honey is substituted with cheap sugar syrups.

A great video about Honey, always buy Irish Honey, and ideally a local producer that can talk you through the process and can stand over his/her Honey.
