💙 Eureka Secondary School – Celebrating 70 Years! 💙

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us last night to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Eureka Secondary School.
It was a truly special occasion, and wonderful to see so many familiar faces, past and present, coming together to celebrate seven decades of memories, friendships and the wonderful Eureka community.

A special word of thanks to Fr. Mark English for facilitating our beautiful Anniversary Mass in St. Colmcille’s Church, and to The Headfort Arms Hotel for their wonderful hospitality, flexibility and efficiency in accommodating such a fantastic turnout. Their ability to adapt so seamlessly to the large numbers was greatly appreciated! And as always Leo Murphy for taking all the photos - thank you!

📖 Eureka: 70 Years of Memories
To mark this milestone, we have produced a limited-edition Book of Memories, capturing the people, stories, photographs and special moments that have shaped Eureka over the past 70 years.

Copies are available to purchase:
📍 At the school office
💻 Through Payzone (for those with a current school email account)
💶 €15 per copy or 2 copies for €25
A lovely keepsake for past pupils, families, staff and everyone who has been part of the Eureka story.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this milestone celebration such a memorable occasion.

👚Step into the world of fashion with a sustainable twist!♻️

Book Couture challenges young designers to create a unique outfit using recycled books, newspapers, magazines, or a combination of all three. Transform old pages into spectacular dresses, stylish jackets, creative costumes, eye-catching accessories, or wearable works of art.

Whether you're inspired by your favourite story, the latest fashion trends, nature, fantasy, or your own imagination, this is your chance to show how creativity and recycling can come together to create something extraordinary.

Think beyond the page and give discarded reading materials a brand-new life on the runway. The more imaginative and innovative your design, the better!

Turn pages into fashion and you could win one of 3 €100 Mí Meath Gift Cards.
