The Long Life Series 🟠🔵

Fad Saoil means “long life” and living one isn’t just about going to the sauna. It’s about all the people and habits that keep you well.
We want to speak to people about how they move, how they recover, how they “look after themself” day to day. So we’re starting a series to spotlight the people in our community who help us all live longer, healthier lives.

First up: your smile. 🦷

We sat down with (Morgan O’Gara) the proud owner of .
Morgan took over the clinic in 2017 and relocated across the road in 2023 to open a fantastic, multi-disciplinary clinic right on the Main Street.

Here’s the thing most people don’t realise your dental health is tied to your whole-body health. Looking after your teeth and gums is one of those quiet habits that pays off for a lifetime. Not a treat. Just a Tuesday. 😉

Having been in Blackrock for a good number of years, Morgan knows firsthand just how brilliant and strong the local business community is a place where everyone looks out for each other and supports young, up-and-coming businesses.

After 6 months here, we can honestly say the warm welcome and goodwill from the neighbourhood have made us feel right at home. We’ve only scratched the surface, and we can’t wait to keep growing alongside this amazing community.

Get used to seeing his face around more as we drip feed our chat about all things and hopefully we get our message across to always continue to learn from one another.

6 months how has that even happened 🤯

To the community of Blackrock,
To the regulars,
To the people who havent even tried this yet but I know have all the intentions to come,
Thank you for allowing us to host and share this special space for you ❤️

It’s amazing how you can create a space once “intention” is at the forefront of the whole process how it can make someone
‘Feel’
Feel the warmth from the fire,
Feel the warmth from the environment,
Feel the warmth from our team.

What once used to be a car park that is now a bubble of possibility in the heart of Blackrock we’re delighted with how we have seen this space brim over the last weeks.

Cannot wait to continue our mission here and share this room with anyone who wishes to avail of it.

We’re ready whenever you are, the door is always open.

Seven years. Every year it means more than the last. 🔥

For our 7th annual giveaway, Fad Saoil is giving one of you 2 weekend tickets to Electric Picnic 2026.

Ireland has finally been getting the summer we've been waiting for ☀️🔥

With the warm weather sticking around this week and temperatures climbing into the high 20s in parts of the country, there's never been a better excuse to spend your time outdoors.

Beer gardens are buzzing, beaches are packed and every spare minute is being spent in the sunshine. But summer catch-ups don't always have to look the same.

A sauna session is another way to embrace the heat. Soak up the sunshine, enjoy the deep warmth of the sauna, cool off with an invigorating ice bath and share the experience with friends.

Hot. Cold. Fresh air. Great company.

We know many of you have been asking, so here's a little update...

To our amazing Clontarf community – thank you. 🧡

We're pressing pause on our Clontarf location until September as our beloved Black Pearl sauna hits the road for an exciting summer of adventures! 🚐🔥

Over the coming weeks, you'll find us bringing the Fad Saoil Saunas experience to concerts, weddings, private events all things “LIFESTYLE”. We can't wait to share the journey with you.

A huge thank you to everyone who has visited, supported us and made Clontarf such a special place. Your support means the world to us and we can't wait to welcome you back.

We'll be back in September, refreshed and ready for another season of heat, sea swims and good vibes 🔥
