Thanks to all the clubs for their continued support. The kids that are coming into us have an enormous passion for the GAA and its a credit to all of the brilliant clubs in the surrounding area that we get to work with such amazing youngsters!!

The coaches can't wait to get them back out onto the pitch this year so make sure to follow the above pages to keep up with all the goings on in the school. I'll try and sneak into the school computer with a rogue post from time to time but I think for now its fitting to throw the 2013 lads back up on the cover and...if we get back there who knows....I might have to come in and change the picture!!

Abbeylara came out on top in a free flowing affair against Rathcline to claim their second win in Group B of the Senior Football Championship at Michael Moran Park, Carrickedmond on Sunday.

A few reminders for the next few days!

Tomorrow (Tuesday) after school the 1st Year Boys AND Girls will be training.

Wednesday after school the 2nd Year Boys will be action...a few photos attached of that group from last week's session. Great to have Mr. Masterson helping out with this team. 'PJ' was one of the school's best ever footballers, captaining sides to multiple titles at this age group (U14). The lads could definitely learn a thing or two from him...and fingers crossed that the Leinster competitions go ahead this year so they can try and follow in his footsteps!!
