🐉 Kids Kung Fu — Summer Classes Continue!

No summer break here — our junior Kung Fu programme keeps running every Tuesday & Thursday, 4:50–5:50 PM @ TWGym Gorey.

Inspired by the legend of the Carp Leaping the Dragon Gate, our students (ages 8–12) start as Jin Li (Golden Carp) and work their way toward becoming You Long (Dragon) — learning perseverance, discipline and respect along the way.

What your child gets: ✅ Fun games that build focus, coordination & confidence ✅ Qi Gong warm-ups for flexibility, mobility & wellbeing ✅ Strength & cross-training that benefits every other sport ✅ The 10 Martial Moralities — how we treat others and ourselves ✅ Small classes capped at 15 for real, personal progression

🔥 BUILD REAL STRENGTH. MASTER YOUR BODY. 🔥

Think calisthenics is only for people who can already do muscle-ups and handstands?

Think again!

At TWGym, our Callisthenics classes are designed for complete beginners right through to advanced athletes. Whether you're working towards your first pull-up, improving your mobility, building functional strength, or chasing skills like handstands and muscle-ups, we'll guide you every step of the way.

✅ Learn proper movement mechanics
✅ Build strength using your own bodyweight
✅ Improve mobility, balance & coordination
✅ Train with a supportive community
✅ Progress with structured coaching and clear goals

Every skill starts with a first step.

The members who are now hitting 10 pull-ups once started with zero. The athletes holding handstands today once struggled to balance for a second. Your journey starts now.

⚔️ Don't just work out. Develop yourself.

Book a trial class and discover what your body is truly capable of.
