The Five Phases in the Natural World are Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal.

Twilight walk - I stepped out into the garden yesterday evening before I went to bed, it was still bright enough in the twilight to take a few pictures. The garden is in an abundance of flowers and scent filling the air was so only magical. It is at times like this after all the hard work of the year of looking after the garden really pay off.

In a few years Nikki and her helpers have created a beautiful place and most if not all of the flowers and plants here if she has reared herself or they have decided to move in by themselves.

We are making a new type of herbal medicines here in this garden at the moment which we will soon launch publicly. I’m very excited about this. It’s a time like this at my heart is full of love and living and creating in Grá Nádúr is a dream come true. Alex

Here in Hollyfort, our back garden is a sun trap, a little micro climate.

We have just about hit 35° this afternoon, it’s too hot for me to go out so I’m sitting inside at 25° in the shade with a cool breeze blowing through the door and the velux opened creation an up draft.

It’s still very hot, 🔥 take care folks.

A medley of green tones - I found this picture rather interesting and I went to post it up this morning but first I thought I’d have a quick look and see what plants are in it. The closer I looked the more I found. I enlisted Nikki‘s help and we have identified about 14 different plants and here is the list. This led us to believe that this kind of thing could be a good game to help with plant ID.

This is pulsatilla forming a seed head after the rain this morning. Pulsatilla may bring you peace and relief from anxiety and worrying.

We are faced with the crisis at this time on Earth and this is focused within ourselves as well as in the exterior. Let me explain, we have direct access within ourselves to universal agency but we have been convinced that we are a reductionist machine.

So the majority seem to believe they have no access to this agency and the challenge for those who believe that they do or may have access is to actually achieve the access.

Once success is achieved, universal agency changes everything about how one perceives and acts in Life.

Therefore the issue as I see it, at this time is that the change we need to encourage is a change within people and their own access to universal agency, as this changes the world far faster than attempting to do so through political means which is a rigged game that the house always wins.

Politics, money, power, AI, controlled science, and religion, are all perpetuating the reductionist myth. They are all completely blown away by the experience of universal agency.
