Chaith an t-ealaíontóir Meiriceánach mór le rá Rockwell Kent breis agus leathbhliain i nGleann Locha i 1926, áit ar chruthaigh sé sraith pictiúirí den scoth a raibh tírdhreach agus pobal iardheisceart Dhún na nGall mar bhunábhar acu.
Mar chomóradh céad bliain ar sheal Kent in Éirinn, tá Críostóir Mac Giolla Easbuig i ndiaidh taispeántas speisialta a chur i dtoll a chéile ina bhfuil saothair úra de chuid ealaíontóirí atá lonnaithe sa bhaile agus i gcéin. Téann gach saothar i ngleic le hoidhreacht Kent i dtaca le téama, stíl, ábhar, nó suíomh, ag tabhairt freagra comhaimseartha ar fhís an ealaíontóra.
I ndiaidh an tseolta, beidh an taispeántas ar oscailt don phobal gach lá ó 6.00pm go 8.00pm go dtí 28 Lúnasa.

In 1926, the celebrated American artist Rockwell Kent spent much of the year in Glenlough, where he created a remarkable body of work inspired by the landscape and people of southwest Donegal.
To mark the centenary of Kent's time in Ireland, Christy Gillespie has curated a unique exhibition of new artworks by artists from the local area and beyond. Each piece engages with Kent's legacy through theme, style, subject matter, or location, offering contemporary responses to his enduring artistic vision.
Following the launch, the exhibition will be open to the public daily from 6.00pm to 8.00pm until 28 August.
