Pizza night at Fyi - Classes , why not book a private class for you and your friends.

Researchers have found that oats contain beta glucan which helps lowers the risk of cardiovascular disease. Why not try this porridge bread. 500g pot of natural yogurt, 2 x 500g porridge (use the yogurt pot), 1 egg, 2 teasp bread soda. Bake for 50 minutes at 170 fan oven. Healthy and delicious.

Boxes at the ready to bring home the delicious chocolate chip muffins cooked in this afternoons class. Well done everyone.

Delicious scones made by our wonderful US guests, Angela Powell and Tayba Tahir at FYI on Saturday. Great fun had by all.

Dishes cooked in today's class - chicken and vegetable curry with basmati rice, raspberry, apple and coconut crumble with chantilly cream. Great work girls. Delicious
