1-Yr Post-doc position at the Bioinformatics and Experimental Algorithms lab (https://www.algolab.eu) of the University of Milano-Bicocca (Milan, Italy) working on "Efficient algorithms in computational pangenomics''. The main focus is on graph-based representations of pangenomes and their applications to transcriptomics and tumor evolution.
