1-Yr Post-doc position at the Bioinformatics and Experimental Algorithms lab (https://www.algolab.eu) of the University of Milano-Bicocca (Milan, Italy) working on "Efficient algorithms in computational pangenomics''. The main focus is on graph-based representations of pangenomes and their applications to transcriptomics and tumor evolution. The candidate will be part of the PANGAIA EU-funded project (https://www.pangenome.eu/) and she/he will have the opportunity to collaborate with partners of the project by being seconded to them.
