Dave Joyce has taught martial arts and self-protection in Galway for over 30 years. We have kids and adult classes from total beginners to pro fighters.
Dave Joyce was the first Muay Thai Instructor in Galway and was a pioneer of the Martial Art in Ireland. He is a senior representative of the Irish Muay Thai Council. He has trained Irish Champions with several past students fighting at an international level. He is also the Irish representative for Sayoc Kali. Sayoc Kali is a Filipino Martial art emphasises edged weapons (blades) and encompasses all aspects of fighting.

Summer term starts Monday .
Classes twice a week Monday and Weds 5.30-6.30.
Age 7-12. Galway City .
Your kids learn discipline, self regulation, self control , respect for self and peers , self esteem , confidence, coordination and movement, not to mention teamwork and social skills.
Younger children aged 4-6 Weds only 4.30-5.30
All welcome. We have a total inclusivity policy.

Our dedicated beginners curriculum is guaranteed to help you progress at your own pace and confidence level. Drills will burn more calories than the gym while learning valuable self defence actions. Come and trial a class and we take the payment off your first month 💪🥊👊

Can you believe we are heading into the SUMMER term!
Classes are every Monday and Wednesday and will run until 24th June.
Cost per child for the term is €120 with discounts for families with more than one child.
