From Canvas to Iron – This Is My Art
This post is something personal.
I’m not just a bodybuilder.
I’m an artist, a self-taught painter, a therapist, and a woman sculpting her own body – inside and out.
Art runs in my blood.
My father was a painter and musician. I grew up surrounded by color, creativity, and expression.
I studied social work and became an art therapist – helping others heal through art.
And now?
I found beauty in bodybuilding.
Every muscle, every movement, every drop of sweat – it’s all part of a bigger picture.
Bodybuilding is my living art.
Because strength doesn’t cancel out softness.
It completes it. 💪🎨
💬 Let me know – where do YOU find your art?

Discipline Over Excuses.
This is what my daily routine looks like as a female bodybuilder over 50.
It’s not about willpower.
It’s about structure, consistency, and knowing your WHY.
📌 Wake up at 6:00 AM
📌 Swimming and sauna in the morning
📌 4:00 PM gym session: weights, cardio & posing
📌 Home-cooked meals only – no restaurants
📌 Low FODMAP diet (SIBO & digestive health)
📌 No alcohol, no sugar, no excuses
📌 Only water – 3 to 4 liters a day
📌 Sleep: 7–8 hours every night
📌 I track my calories daily
📌 I run a business – and still make time to train
This isn’t a sacrifice. It’s a choice.
And that choice makes me stronger every day.

I’ve always loved to move.
From horse riding and skiing in Slovakia… to daily swimming and long walks in Ireland.
Every sport was once just a hobby — something for joy, for peace, for freedom.
But bodybuilding?
That made me an athlete.
With a goal.
With discipline.
Because every step, every swim, every lift…
it all counts.
✨ It’s never too late to begin again.

I had no clue what I was doing in the gym at 53…
But I made a decision.
This is how my bodybuilding journey started — from lost and tired… to focused and lifting.
If you think it’s too late, think again. 💪

Menopause & Bodybuilding
They told us aging means slowing down.
They didn’t tell us we could rise stronger than ever.
This carousel is for every woman navigating perimenopause, menopause or postmenopause, who refuses to shrink, hide, or give up her power.
💥 Hormones shift.
💥 Energy changes.
💥 Muscle disappears fast — unless you fight for it.
But here’s the truth:
You can still build muscle, lift heavy, and transform your body — no matter your age.

This isn’t just about poses.
This is about becoming.
Behind every frame is a part of my story — one that began in silence, in pain, in loneliness…
and turned into strength.
I’m not chasing perfection.
I’m creating meaning.
If this touched something in you —
leave a word below:
STRENGTH.
Let’s remind each other we’re not alone. 🤍

“You are changing — more than you realize.
8 months ago, I started a journey. A journey built on commitment, sweat, discipline, and dreams.
Every rep, every early morning, every choice mattered.
But the mirror?
It doesn’t always tell the full story.
That’s why I decided to celebrate my progress with a real, professional photoshoot —
preparing as if I was stepping onto a competition stage.
It wasn’t just about pictures.
It was about honoring the woman I’m becoming.
Stronger.
More confident.
More alive.
Sometimes, you need to SEE it — to truly believe it. 📸✨
🌟 Ladies — when was the last time you celebrated your strength, your beauty, your dedication?

“Bodybuilding with osteoarthritis? Yes, it’s possible!
I’m living proof that age and diagnosis are not limits — they are just challenges to overcome. It’s all about the decision, the determination, and the belief in yourself. ”
