Nothing like 3 days in the magical Ballymaloe Cookery School to get into that festive feeling. I think I’ve found my new happy place and I’m feeling inspired for the coming year.
My next camps are opening for Early Bird booking on Jan 12.

Ballybane Community Centre- Jan 7th

Wednesday 22nd Oct - 6 Week Kids Cooking Classes in Ballybane Community Centre. Kicking off with this delicious Halloween recipe called Stuffed Jack o’Lantern Peppers. I have loads more fun recipes lined up for the course including a crowd pleasing Taco Meatball Traybake and a seasonal Spiced Cinnamon and Apple Sponge to name but a few.
