Everyone at Youthreach Letterfrack was thrilled to meet Alessia Zecchini of The Deepest Breath.
Alessia made such a huge impact on us all with her inspiring story and kindness.
It was a visit none of us will ever forget.

Our students work is exhibited in the foyer of the Station House Theatre make sure to pop in and see it this week while the festival is running.

Clifden Arts Festival Schools Programme | 21st – 25th September | Clifden Arts Festival 2026

The Clifden Arts Festival Schools Programme returns from 21st to 25th September, bringing a wonderful programme of creativity, culture and learning to schools across the area.

This year’s programme features an exciting range of artists, speakers and workshops, including adventure athlete and speaker Becky Gilmour, author Fiacre Ryan, Danish Polaroid artist and photographer Anne-Mette S. Sommer, astrophotography with your smartphone from Caitríona Mosk, and seaweed science and aquaculture workshops with Julie Grivotte.

Schools are also warmly invited to take part in the Clifden Arts Festival Arts Trail, discovering artworks displayed throughout Clifden in shop windows, laneways and unexpected spaces. It is a wonderful opportunity for students to experience visual art beyond the classroom and explore the town through fresh eyes.
