On the ski trip and have a few questions? Here is a list of a few FAQs we’ve gotten:
“Where’s my boarding pass?” Everyone received and email from Wasteland with there E-Ticket for all flights, when you get to the airport, you will check in your bag and receive your boarding pass. NB do not forget your passport!
“What bag can I bring?” You are permitted a 20kg check in bag and a small backpack to bring onto the plane.
“What clothing to bring?” It is quite cold in Val Thorens. It will be sunny but in the minuses, and it will feel colder as the wind can be fairly nippy, so for the skiing side, Warm clothes I.e. baselayers, warm fleeces, waterproof jacket, proper ski socks (long gaa socks will not do) and proper ski gloves. All of this can be worn to Après Ski as most people will be going straight off the slopes so there isn’t a dress code. Going to the clubs, most people wear normal college going out clothes with a jacket and hat or something similar.
“When will we get our skis?” The night you arrive or the next morning.

News of the Day:
1. The emails to people on the waitlist offering them spots have gone out. Please check your spam folder!!
2. The full amount of your trip was due last friday - if you havent paid please pay as much as you can by this friday!

3. The alps are receiving record snowfall this year and |I'm no weatherman but I have a feeling that will continue throughout January

5. Anyone who is booking from the waitlist Get on it straight away! Wasteland are doing a cyber monday sale, so you only have to pay the 100 euro deposit, and the full maount by friday!!

We have just sent out an email to everyone who has gotten their place on the ski trip. The email includes how to sign up for wasteland ski and when the deposit is due. If you think you haven’t gotten it, check your spam mailbox, if it’s not there, you are on the waiting list as people will drop out. 🙏🏼
