🌿✨️🌱Our Familiy Nature Adventure at Cong Food Village last weekend was nothing short of magical🌿✨️🌱.

A gorgeous time in beautiful Cong Woods exploring, creating & connecting with Nature.

🌳We turned into Nature Detectives to find out about all the beautiful flora around us, extracted saponins from Horse chestnut leaves for some Wild hand washing & created a Beautiful Mandala on the forest floor with beautiful ,mindfully picked, leaves & flowers and sticks & pinecones around us.
All topped with mindfulness & nature connection practices & games to connect with the beautiful environment around us.🌳

Thanks to everyone who came along & made it such a special event 💚✨️

On the wettest summer day yesterday, I had the privilege of hosting 2 birthday parties.

It goes to show how much children can teach us about being resilient and seeing magic everywhere.

I always say, "I worry about parents having to stay under the rain, not the kids🤣"
But I know how much the kids won't mind whatever the weather & teach us to see the natural beauty everywhere through their eyes🌳🌿✨️.
So great to see everyone embracing the outdoors despite the rain!
