A mastermind is where a group of like minded individuals meet to support, encourage and motivate each other as entrepreneurs. The mastermind will be based on the principals of Mr Hill’s Think and Grow Rich, this mastermind will help you to become a more dynamic and forward thinking business person. Business isn’t about just business anymore, we need to look at it in a different way. It’s about you

She needed someone to help untangle the knots in her brain.

Someone to hold her accountable.

[And in her own words]

“ If I had to describe working with Gill in one sentence: she helps you get s**t done and believe in yourself…
Someone with a straight-talking, no-BS, get-things-done attitude”

You see I didn’t figure things out for her, I helped her figure them out for herself ✨

The result?
More confidence, less self-doubt, and finally taking action

📧Waitlist for my Mastermind is now open. It’s going to be the best one yet … Dm me your email to get on that hot list 🔥

My hot take for the day … if you can handle it 😜

Your financials matter more than your product.

Most people go self-employed because they’re passionate about something.
Hair. Fitness. Beauty. Coffee.

But nobody teaches you the business of being in business.

That’s why you’re exhausted.

I am working on my best mastermind to date … launching in September.

💻20 + years of working both in and on my businesses

Time to share again 🩵

No woman was designed to live in fight-or-flight from September to September but that’s often the case

Oh when summer comes I will rest …. The rest turns into more stress shopping and packing and arranging your life for that week in the Sun

The wise women are resting throughout the year … little moments here or there

This Sunday could be one of them moments for you to pause, put your comfie clothes on and pop into 56 Central and curl up with myself and Fiona for 2 hours of bliss

I will provide you with a mat, a blanket, an eye mask, a bolster, an angel card and 2 hours of guaranteed bliss and nourishment for your body mind and heart - like a mini spa day!

Still a few places left we sold out last year so don’t wait around

Rest ladies …. You are allowed to ✨

“You have the right to remain…..
A customs officer walked into my café 15 years ago and started reading me my rights.

Apparently, due to an error on his part, my licence had “expired.”

He expected panic.

Instead, I said, “No problem. Grab a seat. I just need to finish my breakfast first.”

He laughed.

“You seem very calm.”

My answer surprised him.

“At 7am this morning I was deadlifting 60kg. Trust me, this is the easier challenge of the day”

We both laughed, sorted the issue, and got on with our day.

But the lesson stayed with me.

Most people avoid the hard stuff

I believe the opposite.

Dealing with the hard stuff first makes you more resilient and it makes it easier to handle the issues being a human in this world has, especially being in business.

Not because problems disappear.

Because you become the person who can handle them.

My motto has always been:
do the hard things first.

Lift the weight.
Take care of your mind.
Build your capacity.

Because when life inevitably throws something unexpected at you, you won’t need to become ready.

You’ll already be ready.

Build yourself to be ready.

For years I believed what many women are taught to believe:

You only invest when there’s money left over.

But wealthy women think differently

They understand that the biggest returns in life don’t come from playing safe.
They come from backing yourself, believing in you.

When I invested over €10,000 to attend Tony Robbins Business Mastery in Miami I didn’t have the €10,000 spare sitting in my personal account.

It sounds crazy right

But it’s not

I was buying a ticket to level up

I was investing in new ways of thinking for myself, I was stepping up to a new arena where I knew I belonged in, better conversations and somewhere where I could create real results , reach new goals.

Yes I was scared, on the first day he made everyone stand up and you had to sit down depending on my many figures your business was turning over… 4 figures, 5 figures, 6 figures, 7 figures …. Boom I was down. But proud to be there sitting next to the women still standing at multiple 10 figures - proximity

Six months later I was sitting in a cafe in Spain and my p&l report came in as it does every month from my amazing accountant …. I opened it up and there clearly I could see my return on my investment and more

That experience taught me a lesson I”ll never forget :

Spending takes money away

Investing creates the opportunity for money to multiply

The question isn’t whether something costs money

The question is whether it’s likely to expand your capacity, opportunities , income or impact

That’s a very different lens to look at isn’t it

What’s the best investment you have ever made in yourself ?

I know you are in pain
I know you are tired
I know you are overwhelmed

So this is your reminder to sit your ass down on your kitchen floor
- find 10 minutes find an hour
- find some chill tunes
- find an online yoga class
- make a cacao
- light a candle
- burn some incense
- put on your nice creams
- open a journal write just one thing your grateful for
- move or just find stillness

You don’t have to do this everyday - you find your ritual that suits you

My body is sore today from a little Gym, waitressing, socialising combo.
My mind a little chaotic but I now crave this time for me and my body knows it needs it.

So I am honouring myself

And that feels good- this is your invitation to do the same

You will get hooked and when you do let me know ❤️

If farmers worked against the seasons, we’d call them foolish. Yet women do it every day.

I did it to myself this morning, hit the gym exhausted not enough sleep full Moon didn’t help but needed to move, dead lifting session was on …great! 😭
I powered through like a farming baling hay in January!

Then I crashed, after my shower and breakfast I opened my laptop for the work I had planned and my creativity disappeared I started scrambling from one job to the next on my laptop it was chaotic , until I took a breath… listened to my music more intently and I heard the whisper of my Yin hiding behind the Yang powerhouse woman…

“Go home Gilly, change it up your due your bleed today, you need to work smarter lady”

So I packed up cycled home and reset.

Did different work for the afternoon, that suits this stage of my cycle for me.

Same goes for life too girls , we don’t have the same year, some years we are entering marathons , some entering labour wards, some years we buying a business, some we are getting that promotion we need to honour and make space for what we need.

The more we step into this zone of power and lead with the feminine … the world will follow and we will see change.

After all we are not here for a long time we are here for a good time

So let’s become more cyclical in our approach to our days, months, and years.

I messed up this month, but I’ve learnt my lesson.

Lesson:
Menstrual Phase (Winter): The shedding of the uterine lining; a time of low energy, rest, and reflection.

Ps il be back in 4-5 days in my Follicular Phase and il be building a new business and dead lifting 60kg

18 year old Gill would be proud of me…. Loving learning

I hated school, the rules, the bullies, the exams, not be able to spell, the fear from nuns, but still breaking rules, the convent smell, the prayers that meant nothing, the uniform did nothing for my body shape, the tights! Jesus
The whole experience didn’t serve me

Now I love learning , it’s 2 years since I headed to Mallorca in July to learn Yin Yoga for the craic!!!

Little did I know it would open up such much in my body, mind and heart and I haven’t stopped learning and sharing and teaching since

Today I am grateful to be signing up for a course on the Nervous System, I am grateful to be able to do this for me, also to be signing up with a pal I meet on my teacher training who lives in Amsterdam 💛 On all my trainings I’ve connected with some legends 💗

Discover your passions ladies ❤️🌀❤️

I’ve been building something quietly for a while now. I am now ready to hit the share button! Yipeee

I took my time not because I wasn’t ready to share it. But because I wanted to make sure it was real before I put it into the world. I have so much I want to share.
I am leading from the feminine and this allows me to trust the process and go at a pace that suits me. Less about performance more about showing up authentically.

It’s called The Reckoning.

It’s a one-day event in Galway on 25 September: for women in business who are tired of the gap between how capable they are and how they’re actually showing up. In their pricing. In their leadership. In the way they move through their days and lives. Tired of the wheel they have been running on that no longer serves them.

I know that woman. I was that woman.

Capable. Busy. Holding everyone else up. Quietly underpaying myself for work. Quietly treating myself like the worst employee. Always seeking permission and validation externally.

I knew I was worth more, but I was always performing from a place that didn’t feel like mine, in a system designed for others.

The Reckoning is the day I couldn’t find when I needed it most. So I built it instead.

It’s not a motivational day. It’s not a networking brunch. It’s an honest conversation — about money, about power, about leading from a place that feels you naturally, about what it actually costs to keep playing small, held in a room of women who are done with all of it.

This is not for you if you are not ready to show up and do the work it takes to find the life and business you truly deserve.

6–8 places only. €147 for Early Bird. Galway, 25 September, 9 am-5 pm. Location TBC

If something in you just said yes — trust that.
