Free 4-week course on self-defence for Ladies. Learn practical, reality-based strategies for personal safety. Develop greater awareness and preventative skills, while learning effective physical responses designed for the brutal realities of sexual and other violent assaults. Real situations. Realistic strategies. Practical skills. Open to adults and teenagers.

PLEASE NOTE: A fully-refundable fee of €20 will be charged to hold a place. It will be refunded on the first night. It is purely to ensure that there aren’t any “no-shows,” as spaces are Limited.
