Congratulations to Harrison and all the children from Drim and Ballinakill National School who made their First Holy Communion yesterday.

Sincere thanks to Fr Conroy, Ger Fahy, and the choir for all their hard work in making it such a beautiful and memorable celebration. Thanks also to the Communion class teachers — Ms. McQuaid (Moyglass National School), Ms. Casement (Ballinakill National School), and Ms. McMahon (Drim National School) — for all their dedication and support in preparing the children for this special day.

Moyglass N.S. Christmas day 2025 🎄🎅
We enjoyed a lovely Christmas dinner today. The teachers prepared and cooked a delicious dinner, starting with soup and followed by dessert. We also had a cheerful sing-song, exchanged a few gifts, and shared lots of fun and laughter. An enjoyable day for all.

Today we visited St. Brendan’s Nursing Home to spread some Christmas cheer with the residents.

The children of Moyglass N.S. sang, danced, and played music, bringing smiles all around. We were absolutely delighted when we heard some magical bells and Santa arrived to say a quick hello to both residents and children.

A truly special time for everyone involved. Thank you to the residents and staff of St. Brendan’s for such a warm and welcoming visit. 🎄✨
