Good morning dear everyone!

Aquick update for this week :
There is NO class in Galway,
Instead I’m bringing NIA in Dublin, so m a bit excited in a healthy way 🥰

If you are around this weekend, I’d be delighted to see you at RDS , part of Mind Body wellness and Holistic Expo.

I hold 3 classes:
Friday 5 pm
Saturday 5 pm
Sunday 2.45pm

I’ll also have a stand right at the corner of the Yoga Zona where classes will taking place , it’s 34C with my wee startup wellbeing collection✨

*In Galway we are commencing a new series on Tuesday evenings and Friday mornings from next week
Tuesday 7-8pm
Friday 9.30-10.30 am
Both at Westside Community Centre.*

Autumn and falling leaves are a beautiful reminder to let things go - however the howthorn is in full with fruits we can see the leaves changing their colours 🍂
Towards Equinox and FullMoon , this week we are practicing how to put down tension what has to be released and making it with ease and gracefully ✨

Ps . Also these times are good to make changes , so I decided that from October we are continue the NIA classes at the Westside Community Centre as follows :
- I’m starting a 10 week serie from - 6th Tuesdays 7 pm and
- 4 week from 9th Fridays 9.30 am Moving to Heal, gentle sessions

Sunday 11 am in the Salthill park at Bandstand

These are taster classes to NIA and you are all welcome , even if you have not tried yet-, seize the days with curiosity, open heart and mind.

Nia is an inclusive, playful and respectful practice for every body.

✨We kicked off the season and reset the joy and our breathing - until I learn the new routine from we will continue with Alchemy towards the autumn equinox🍁

Next week we are continuing and kick off autumn classes indoor and outdoor as well:

We move for Alchemy inspired by our meeting with the creator of this work of work Debbie Van Ginkel in Budapest

✨ 7 am Im looking forward to dance with you in Golf club with a pop-up Nia -
