From this weekend , officially I amon vacation.
I am over a wonderful travel and transition into my heated up home country, after a good night sleep even if the temperature is high and finished my morning practice.

✨you know wherever a NIA teacher goes, dance is on... practice is life , life is a practice✨

Every small is count, I can broke it down.
Even just 10-15 mins daily movement counts, and get you feel better - I invite you too practice this way , my online library is ready , please see my website, youtube and practice with me . Ill put the links below 🙂
