Long time no see! But we're not slowing down. Few shots from last training, we were focused on grabbing by the hand or clothes, what to do, how to react, what is the best solution and ways how to escape. Situations that could happen to anyone anywhere. Will you know what to do? Remember there is no situation that you CAN'T escape from. You always CAN, you just need to know how. Tomorrow is the last classes before two weeks break so just a quick reminder, tomorrow's classes start earlier - 9am and finish as normal 11.30. Take a bit more water than ususally, because this is gonna be a good workout!
