📚 A lovely treat for our pupils this morning! 🌳✨

The children really enjoyed joining the Gruffalo Granny online event with the wonderful Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler this morning. 🐭🦊🐍

There was lots of excitement, laughter and brilliant storytelling — a fantastic way to celebrate books and start the school year! ❤️📖

Yesterday, our Big Buddy and Little Buddy groups enjoyed a well-deserved trip to Rascals Play Centre in Kiltimagh as a reward for all the kindness, friendship and support they have shown each other throughout the year.

The Buddy System is a very special part of life in Gortnaleam N.S., and it has been wonderful to see the older children caring for and encouraging their younger buddies while building lasting friendships along the way.

Everyone had a fantastic time playing, laughing and making memories together. A huge well done to all of our Buddies for being such positive role models and for helping to make our school such a kind and caring place. ⭐️
