Itโs been great to get stuck into the 50+ Fitness sessions this past week. The atmosphere has been relaxed, focused, and full of good energy โ just the way we like it at Nu-Fit.
Each class runs for just 45 minutes, making it easy to stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. The focus is on low-impact strength training to help you move better, build strength, and protect your joints and bones as you age.
Led by Dave, Nu-Fitโs owner and head coach, the sessions are run with a strong emphasis on individual support within a group setting โ so everyone gets the guidance they need at a pace that suits them.
