Our summer courses got off to a brilliant start at the academy last week and we are now fully up and running ✔️

Many students really need that one-to-one attention when it comes to learning Irish. Why? Because every student struggles with different parts of the subject whether it’s grammar, structuring sentences, low vocabulary, reading comprehension, or confidence speaking the language✔️

When students work closely with a teacher and are willing to put in the work themselves, that’s when real progress is made. With just a bit of consistency and hard work, students can improve massively over the summer months✔️

We are down to our last few spaces for the summer courses this week,

This summer, students can join online from the comfort of their own home. We will work with your son or daughter on a one-to-one basis, giving them the focused attention they need to make real progress in Irish✔️

This is the best way to build confidence and improve without the pressure and stress of the school environment during the summer months✔️

Huge credit to all of our dedicated students who sat our Mock Examination on a Bank Holiday Sunday 👏

Students joined us from all across the country 🇮🇪

Results will be released today and tomorrow, with all papers professionally corrected so each student knows exactly what they need to work on ahead of June!!

On Sunday, our third-year students will be sitting a sample pre-Junior Cert paper.

We ran a similar exam in January before the mocks, and this is the best preparation possible for them. It’s all about practice and repetition, getting comfortable with actually sitting a full paper.

And the great thing about this exam is that, once it is completed, it will be corrected within 48 hours, and each student will get their exact grades, but more importantly, we will highlight their weak points whatever didn’t go according to plan and we will have four weeks to make the adjustments before the actual exam in June.

This exam has worked so well in the academy for the last three years!

Please save the date and time for our Pre-Junior Cert Mock Examination.

This exam will be extremely important for all third-year students in the academy, as it will give a clear indication of exactly where they are in terms of preparation and their current grade.

Once completed, all papers will be sent immediately to be corrected by professional state examiners.

As was the case last year, students will make mistakes in this exam, but they will have time to learn from them and make the necessary improvements before the actual exam in June. This is why this exam is so valuable!

We expect to have results returned within 72 hours, or possibly sooner.
