Important notice.

This could prove to be our final ever special in Caribou & it's our finest work to date. 🍔

Several months ago a Mexican gent named Chucho stepped in to our Kitchen for the first time. 🇲🇽

Although he didn't speak much English & found it hard to decifer our thick Galway accents, he had an infectious smile & a world class feeling for food, ingredients & 'the craic'.

Since that day Chucho has lit up our work place with his attitude & practically sounds like he's from the Claddagh. Now unfortunately Chucho faces the prospect of having to return to Mexico unless he can raise enough for his English course which has to be paid next week.

We don't want to lose our brother & so he has devised a plan.

Chucho's burger is going on Special from tomorrow & every penny will go in to paying for the course. The taste of this burger alone is enough reason to buy it but hopefully this will give added incentive.

Traditional Mexican Carnitas (Herteriches), Our signature Bradys Beef Patty, Vera Cruz onions (pickled with lime & chilli), Hot salsa, topped with Irish Cheddar.

Irish Ingredients prepared with Mexican flair. Whats not to love. 🇲🇽X🇮🇪
