The “Career Launchpad ” Most T.Y. & 5th year students are overwhelmed by the 'what's next' question. Last week, they moved past the confusion and built their own launchpad."

Our Feb 20th workshop was a great success! Students walked away realising they don't need a "lifelong passion" to make a smart choice—just a clear set of stages to work through.

Students feedback after the Workshop ⬇️

“I don’t have a ‘passion’ and was very worried. Now I know I can make my decision based on other factors.”

“There is so much more to it! My Mom is going to be quizzing me and now I know what to tell her!’”

“It’s like Maths- once you know the equation you can work it out!”

Ready to stop worrying and start planning?

Worried about AI and future job security?

The reality: AI won’t replace people — but people who use AI might replace those who don’t. Upskilling in AI is no longer optional. Adapt or get left behind.

Several industries and careers will stay steady, even as technological advances continue to race forward. Below are automation-resistant careers that offer long-term job security.

Jobs staying human-led

👩‍⚕️ Healthcare
🧠 Therapy & social work
👶 Early education
🔧 Skilled trades
🎨 Creative direction
🚒 Emergency response
🧑‍💼 HR

On the flip side the following careers are most likely to be automated:

1. Customer service representative
2. Receptionists
3. Accountants/Bookkeepers
4. Salespeople
5. Research and analysis
6. Warehouse work
7. Insurance underwriting
8. Retail
