We had a wonderful day in school last Friday celebrating Grandparents’ Day 💛

A big thank you to all the teachers, parents, pupils and grandparents who came along and helped make the day so memorable. It was lovely to see so many smiling faces in our classrooms 😊

We enjoyed beautiful songs 🎶, poems 📜 and stories 📖, and the children absolutely loved showing their grannies and granddads around their classrooms 🏫

Congratulations to our Senior Girls’ Team on winning the FAI Blitz today in Kiltullagh! ⚽🏆

The girls now advance to the County Finals in Mervue at the end of April — Maith sibhse a chailíní.

Well done also to our Junior Girls’ Team who represented the school so well today. 👏

A big thank you to Kiltullagh Pioneers FC for organising such a brilliant day of soccer.

✨🙏 We brought our Catholic Schools Week celebrations to a close in Kilrickle National School with a prayer service at Kilrickle Church 🙏✨

Over the past few days, our pupils created St. Brigid’s Crosses, which were blessed during the service 🌾✝️. We also took time to pray for Fr. Egan 💛

It was a very special occasion and a lovely way to celebrate St. Brigid’s Day together as a community 🌼✨
