We had a great morning of fun, games and learning in a workshop facilitated by Keith from EDTips (Enabling Digital Technology in Primary Schools) - TU Dublin. Pupils engaged in computational thinking and problem solving while also learning how to do some programming. They even programmed their very own step counter! 🤗
We were delighted to recently welcome Laura and Kristian from Corrib Kids Coding to our school. All classes were thrilled to participate in various coding activities including Lego Robotics and Scratch coding. A super morning was had by all 👩💻💻😄

Thank you so much to our amazing Parents Committee who organised today’s Easter Hunt. What a fabulous afternoon we had. Thanks to our face painters who were kept very busy due to a great turn out despite the weather.
Well done to everyone who braved the elements for the event and all who supported the raffle. It was a fantastic afternoon. Thanks to SuperValu for donating the beautiful hamper.

As part of Engineers Week the Senior pupils got to go to Scientific Sue’s Crazy Weather Show in the University of Galway’s Alice Perry building this morning. They had a great time! Here’s a photo of the pupils with Scientific Sue after the show.
