Here’s the breakdown:
* Warm-up — gentle movement with baby in arms
* FlYour Kangatraing FAQs … answered!oor work* — rebuilding your core, pelvic floor, and deep abdominal muscles
* Cardio & strength — baby goes into the carrier for dancing, squats, arm exercises, and stretching
Classes are about an hour long and suit all fitness levels — wherever you are in your postpartum journey, every exercise can be adapted just for you. And yes — the movement almost always sends baby off to sleep!
You can join us on Wed in Sarah & Laragh at 11:45 or Thursday in Busy Bees Oranmore at 10:30!
Ready to join us? You’re welcome from around 6–10 weeks postpartum (12 weeks after a caesarean) with the all clear from your doctor or midwife.
