🔈Men's Health Week 2022………..Come & join our Eastside Urban walks during !

The theme of MHW2022, is 'MISSION: isPOSSIBLE' and the call to men (and those who support the health of men) is: 'The Action Starts with You'.

The walks will be led by our community walking leader Shauna from Health Fit and will allow you to walk with a group at your own pace and have a chat along the way while focusing on improving your health, wellbeing & fitness 🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♂️
