Ballyglass Montessori & Afterschool

22/09/2026

✨ What a lovely start we’ve had in Ballyglass Montessori! ✨

We’ve been settling into our new routines, getting to know our friends and having lots of fun along the way! 💛

Our All About Me theme has given us lots of opportunities to talk, share and learn about ourselves and each other. We’ve enjoyed circle time, making connections with our friends, and getting creative by using Play-Doh to model our very own faces! 😊🎨

We’ve also been enjoying plenty of outdoor fun, exploring our surroundings, playing together and making the most of every opportunity to learn through play. 🌿☀️

It’s been wonderful to see everyone settling in, growing in confidence and finding their feet as we begin our Montessori journey together.

And there’s lots more fun and learning to come! 💫

🎒 Your Child’s Montessori Checklist! 🌿

As we get ready for the new school year, please take a moment to check that your child has everything they need from the list above.

📌 Please note: All items must be clearly labelled with your child’s full name to help prevent belongings from getting lost or mixed up.

Most of these items will stay at school in your child’s cubby, ready for them when they need them throughout the year.

Thank you for helping us keep our children’s belongings organised and making their school days as smooth and independent as possible! 💚

👋 Welcome to Acorn Cloud!

Our new Family App is arriving soon and will be ready for the new academic year this August.

💚 With Acorn Cloud, you can:
📸 Receive private photos and videos of your child's day.
🍎 View meals and snacks.
😴 Check sleep records.
🎨 Follow learning, activities and observations.
💬 Receive messages and important updates from your child's educators.

🎉 Hellooooo everyone... we're back! 🎉

We hope you've all had a fantastic week! We certainly enjoyed the rest, but we have to admit... we missed all the little faces! 💛

Our Summer Clubs are back in full swing, and if you're suddenly realising you need a little extra childcare—or the kids are already saying, "I'm bored!"—we still have a few limited spaces available on selected club weeks.

✨ No need to book a full week! You can book just the days you need, making it perfect if you're looking for flexible childcare this summer.

So, if you're missing us (or just missing a quiet cup of tea! ☕😂), get in touch!

Check out the flyers above 👆🏻 for all the information on Summer Clubs taking place at our Kiltiernan Location.

📧 Email us to book before the remaining spaces are gone.

Here's to another summer full of fun, laughter, adventures and happy memories! ☀️🌈

💚

As another busy year comes to an end, it's time for us to hit the pause button... just for one week! ☀️

A huge thank you to my incredible team. You are the heart of Ellemenopea, and I'm so grateful for your hard work, your laughs, your patience and the love you show our children every single day. You've more than earned this break!

To our amazing parents, thank you for your continued support, for working with us (even on the chaotic mornings! 😉), and most importantly, for trusting us with your little people. It's a privilege I never take for granted.

To our preschool graduates and our wonderful 6th Class afterschoolers... go and shine! 🌟 Watching you grow has been a joy, and I can't wait to hear all about your next adventures.

We'll be back on Monday 6th July for a summer packed with fun, while behind the scenes we'll also be knee-deep in paint charts, furniture, deliveries and excitement as we get Coole Montessori ready to open its doors! 💚

P.S. Our amazing social media guru is taking a well-earned break too, so we're switching off all things Ellemenopea for the week. No posts, no emails, no notifications... just a chance for everyone to recharge. The office reopens on Monday 6th July. 🙏

Have a wonderful week, make lots of memories, and don't miss us too much... we'll be back before you know it!

Love,
Samantha 💚
