Take2 Performing Arts School was established in 1988 by Pamela Hughes. We offer Drama classes up to & including dipoma level, students range from 4 years to mid twenties. Musical Theatre classes take place on Saturdays from 12.30-3.30 & include one hour of dance, drama & singing - we have an end of year production in the Pavilion Theatre Dun Laoghaire. Take2 Casting Agency was established in 1990

by Pamela & is well recognised within the film & television industry both in Ireland & the UK. The Agency is now a separate business run by Pamela’s daughter Shauna Griffith.

Take2 is South Dublin’s longest running stage school & we are delighted to bring our annual show to the stage. ‘Ease on Down the Road’ is a family musical which follows Dorothy, The Tin-Man, The Scarecrow & The Lion on a Journey of self discovery as they travel to see ‘The Wizard’. Featuring songs from The Wizard of Oz, The Wiz & Wicked and lots more!

Ruby Ayoub was only with Take2 for a short time but her memory and spirit will always be with us.

Take2 are proud to offer scholarships each academic year in her name.
This year two outstanding students received the scholarship.
Both Anna & Elise have been students in Take2 for approx. 10 years and are both dedicated to their classes and both capture the ethos we strive for in Take2.

Congrats girls, I am very proud of you both.
