Cuan Bhride Childcare Centre is a community based, not for profit organisation that provides quality childcare services to the Parish of Kilbride and the surrounding areas. Opening Hours:
Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.45pm
Baby Room - 8am-5:30pm

Full Day Care €31 per day
Pre-school morning session from 9.30am – 12.30pm €12.10 per day
Part Time Pre-School (up to 5 hours) €16.40 per day

Session (up to 3 1/2 hours) €12.10 per day
Part time (up to 5 hour) €16.40 per day

Cuan Bhríde Childcare Centre participates in the ECCE Scheme, the Community Childcare Subvention Program (CCSP), and the National Childcare Scheme (NCS). Cuan Bhríde Childcare Centre will be closed on all public holidays
including Christmas, Good Friday, & Easter Monday. The schedule will be updated every September.

Do you remember the potatoes we planted🥔
Well they grew🎉🎉 on Wednesday we went to check on them and look at all the potatoes we got(and even one in the shape of a love heart❤️)!! The children then decided they wanted to oven roast them and needless to say there is no photo evidence of them cooked as they were too nice....🤣🤣🤣 I think next year we will need to plant more!

🤩 An amazing space 🤩 we are so lucky to have such a beautiful space on our doorstep, the sensory garden in Fourmilehouse is such a calming and lovely space the SAC camp had a lovely picnic there yesterday evening, they will definitely be back🥰

👩‍🍳Caterpillar room👨‍🍳
What amazing bakers they are, the caterpillars have been baking up a storm lately and reaping their rewards aswell🤣 they have made pizza, smoothies and rice krispie buns, I think we can all agree it all looks delicious.....well done😊

Some of our lucky SAC summer camp group got a lovely surprise yesterday and got to go to the brilliant Castlerea Outdoor Swimming Pool and have a picnic after, what a great way to enjoy this fabulous sunshine ☺️🏊‍♀️💧🧺

SAC summer camp...... just some of the goings on so far,
The children have been very busy indeed, they have done camping week, movie week beach week, and alot of sports in the mix also. They have made lanterns for camping and came up with their own camp name cooked on a stove top! dream catchers, under water creatures, smoothies, smores to name only a few things or this post would never end🤣🤣
But the highlight I'm sure they would agree was the surprise visit to the cinema.📽🎞🍿
We cannot wait to see what the next few weeks hold and hope they are all having as much fun as we are🥰😀

🦋 Our butterflies 🦋
The butterflies have come full circle, we started with caterpillars that after some time formed into chrysalides in their cup. Once they were hardened they were moved to their new home in the butterfly habitat where after careful watching and minding by all the children we seen them emerge as beautiful butterflies😍 we fed them with sugar water soaked cotton wool so that their wings would not stick and then it was time to say goodbye to them😔. We went to our outdoor garden area all together and watched them fly away. What an great learning experience on the life cycle of the butterfly for all the children 🥰🦋🐛

And we couldn't forget about the little people🥰 as today marked the end of the school term and the beginning of summer there is no better way to mark it than with a visit from Nick's Ices. The excitement has been real😊
We would like to wish all the children a very happy summer and thank you to all parents for your support and kindness throughout the year. Here's to your child's next stage with us in Cuan Bhride Childcare💗
