This snippet is a moment captured after my first time of a new modality i experienced at Summer Intimacy Camp this year. It left me tender, quiet, and feeling loved all at the same time.
It happened on the shore between the sauna and the sea. All I could do was be.

The 1st of August is the feast day of Lúnasa - the harvest, or Autumn - in Ireland.
1 August also marks the date i was born.

On this date, I feel the presence of the world I'm immersed in, and a deep gratitude for wherever I am in life.
This year, I'm fresh out a 17-day portal called Intimacy Summer Camp, and I feel the impact that that has had on my system now. Integrating, digesting slowly it all with appreciation for every experience. Thank you precious BEing for being in my life 👣🌀🙏🏼
