Streetwise, Corlann

Streetwise, Corlann The Streetwise Programme is part of the Corlann Services in Ennis, Co. Clare; it is funded by the HSE and built on the RT funding model.

This programme is delivered in partnership with the HSE. It is aimed towards adults to be supported as a unique person to develop personal, social and work/job skills. We work with the person to assist with developing independence and understanding, so they can progress in life accessing fulfilling experiences relevant to them.
