Where curiosity leads the way ๐ŸŒฑ

At Little Minds, we create a playful and nurturing environment where children learn through explorationโ€”at their own pace, in their own way. Our aim at Little Minds is to focus more on individual learning with less structure and more freedom to learn at the child's own pace. Regina has been in the childcare industry for the past 20 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge on best practices and building a vast experience in Special Education, Montessori, First Aid and Childcare.

๐ŸŒŸ A little look back at our week at Little Minds! ๐ŸŒŸ

Weโ€™ve had another lovely week full of fun, learning and creativity! โค๏ธ

๐Ÿง Little Bakers! Our children got busy in the kitchen making delicious apple muffins. There was lots of mixing, learning and, of course, tasting our yummy creations!

๐Ÿš— National Beep Beep Day! We took part in National Beep Beep Day, learning about road safety and how to keep ourselves safe on the roads.

๐Ÿ Getting Ready for the Finals! With a big weekend of local GAA ahead, our little artists coloured their own flags to show their support for Ballyfore, Rhode, Edenderry and Croghan. We loved seeing all the different colours and team pride! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿคโค๏ธ

Well done to all our little bakers, artists and road safety superstars for another fantastic week at Little Minds! ๐Ÿฅฐ

โœจ September, you were a busy one! โœจ

Weโ€™ve packed A LOT into our first month back! ๐Ÿฅฐ

- We made new friends, learned about friendship and kindness and settled back into our Little Minds routines
- We got stuck into farm life, learning about the Ploughing, milking cows and, naturallyโ€ฆ driving tractors! ๐Ÿšœ
- We stepped into all sorts of different roles too, becoming police officers, teachers and shop assistants during our imaginative play ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ›’
- We took a little trip under the sea, learning about ocean life and creating our very own fish ๐Ÿ
- We learned all about our bodies and discovered just how amazing we are! ๐Ÿงโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿซ€
-We welcomed the first signs of autumn, exploring all the different colours of the leaves and getting creative with our autumn crafts ๐Ÿ‚
- Playball, Ballet and Montessori Fun are all back! โšฝ๏ธ๐Ÿฉฐ
- Weโ€™ve had plenty of outdoor adventures, lots of exploring, and more dance parties than we can count! ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บ

And that's just September! ๐Ÿ‘€

Hereโ€™s a little peek at some of the fun weโ€™ve been getting up toโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ’›

๐Ÿšœ๐ŸŒพ We brought the Ploughing to Little Minds today!

The children had great fun riding on our very own tractor, shearing the sheep, milking the cow and getting stuck into some farm themed sensory play. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ„

Lots of messy hands, happy faces and plenty of tractor rides! ๐Ÿšœ๐ŸคŽ

This Christmas, Little Minds Edenderry is collecting toys and gifts for Childrenโ€™s Health Ireland.

We are asking the wonderful people of Edenderry and surrounding areas to help us fill our Toy Drop Box with gifts for children who may be spending Christmas in hospital instead of at home with their families โค๏ธ

It is easy to take Christmas morning for granted. The excitement of waking up at home, running downstairs and seeing presents waiting under the tree.

But for some little ones, Christmas morning will begin in a hospital bed โค๏ธ

One small gift from you could bring a huge smile to a child who really needs one.

Letโ€™s come together as a community and fill our Toy Drop Box with kindness, love and a little bit of Christmas magic ๐ŸŽ„โœจ

โœจ Our First Week Back โœจ

What a lovely first week weโ€™ve had at Little Minds! ๐Ÿ’›

Weโ€™ve been easing our little learners back into their Montessori routines, exploring the classrooms, reconnecting with friends and getting settled into the new preschool year.

Itโ€™s been so lovely watching everyone find their feet again and seeing the children getting stuck back into their learning and play ๐Ÿฅฐ

And of course, we had to introduce our new look too! โœจ Our brand new uniforms have officially made their debut, and we think our little learners look fantastic! ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ–ค

Weโ€™re so excited for everything this year has in store! ๐ŸŒŸ

This week, our Theme of the Week was Circus and we had so much fun exploring all things colourful, exciting and carnival inspired! ๐Ÿคก๐ŸŽ

From getting temporary tattoos and face painting, to enjoying carnival games and plenty of laughter, there was something fun around every corner! ๐ŸŽจ๐ŸŽฏ๐ŸŽ‰ We even had a few special birthdays mixed into the excitement too, making the week extra special! ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿฅณ

๐ŸŒนโœจ The Rose of Little Minds! โœจ๐ŸŒน

This week, we had our very own Rose of Tralee right here at Little Minds! ๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŒน

The Rose of Little Minds was a week where all things fashion were taken to the next level! ๐Ÿ‘—โœจ With a fabulous variety of styles to choose from, our little Roses got to handpick their perfect outfit before taking to the catwalk and showing off their individual style. ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บ

๐ŸŒธ The sky was the limit! ๐ŸŒธ

From fabulous outfits and confident catwalks to plenty of smiles, giggles and dancing, our Roses certainly knew how to put on a show! And, of course, no Rose of Little Minds would be complete without hitting the dance floor for a very special dance party! ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ’ƒโœจ

What a fabulous week of fashion, fun and letting our little personalities shine! ๐ŸŒน๐Ÿ’•โœจ
