RUN CLUB IS BACK!

We’re back from Monday 31st August, running every Monday & Wednesday.

6:00pm — Couch to parkrun (5K)
Our new term for anyone looking to build up to a 5K, whether you’re starting from scratch or getting back into running.

6:30pm — Regular group Run Club continues with hills, speed sessions and some easy, chatty kilometres.

DM us to be added to the WhatsApp group.

Disclaimer: Run Club is voluntary-led, with no formal registration or supervision. Participation is entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety, fitness and wellbeing.

Our current **online programme is the most up-to-date version** and includes all events, times and information as correct **today**.

Unfortunately, the printed programme available in local shops this evening is missing 1 or 2 events as well as other small changes. We sincerely apologise for any confusion this may cause. Like everyone, both our printers and Festival Committee are only human, and occasionally mistakes can happen.

The good news is that the **online programme has been fully updated**, so please use it as your go-to guide throughout the festival.

Any further changes, updates or cancellations will be announced here on our social media channels, and don't forget that our **daily programme** will be published each night at **midnight**, starting this **Friday**, so you'll always have the latest information for the day ahead.

The ring buoy has been stolen from the river walk over the weekend. This type of mindless vandalism could put a life at risk. If you have any information please contact us or the local Gardai.

Just one week till our Race on Friday July 3rd.

Number pickup @ Caltra Community Centre from 5.30 .

Register on the evening up to 6.30 .

10k Start time 7pm
5k Start time 7.15pm

Refreshments Served back at Community Centre after races.

Prizes will posted to all winners.

Times and full results will be posted on Redtag timing and on our page after the races .

Only a few hour away from our walk , if you haven't registered, not to worry you 😉 you can do so from 3.30am . Our walks starts at 4.15am sharp.
Can we ask our community to put out lights and lanterns on our route agian this year to light the way for our wonderful walkers please 🙏 see you all later
