Dunlavin Community Playschool We cater to children from 34 mths. Our indoor and outdoor areas offer a variety of experiences. The play school is open from September to June each year.

Dunlavin Community Playschool provides a service for preschool children. We provide a 3-hour sessional play school service and cater for children aged from 2 years 10 months to 5
years old. Trained, motivated and friendly staff are the cornerstone of our service and we encourage a strong teamwork approach to help build and support our shared objectives. We put a lot of focus on staff training and

all our staff are trained to FETAC level 5 in Childcare
as a minimum and the majority have FETAC level 6. All our staff members are Garda Vetted

Lots of Socks for Down Syndrome Day
Great excitement today in the Playschool as the children all wore odd and funny socks as a fundraiser for the Kildare branch of DSI.
Lucas’s mam was so good she made cupcakes for all the children and adults which went down a treat.
We also had 2 pet lambs pop in for the morning session the children enjoyed bottle feeding them thank you to Keith Ted and Elsie’s dad for organising the visit.
