Join us for the return of our Inclusive Karate Club — open to all ages and abilities. Whether you’re new or have some moves already, everyone is welcome!

🕑 Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM
📍 Fusion Centre, Cois Tra, Dungarvan
💶 €8 per session or €30 for 4 sessions — payable on the spot

🥋 Inclusive Karate Class for Kids – Free Taster Day! 🥋
We are so excited to announce that The A-Team is launching our first-ever Karate class for children with Autism, ADHD, and all abilities! 💙💛
This class will be led by Chris, a 2nd Dan Karate Master, who holds two black belts and is part of the Official National Karate Association of Ireland. Chris opened his dojo in Dungarvan six years ago, and since then, he has been offering adult and kids' classes, helping students build confidence, discipline, and strength. His classes regularly compete in competitions, and he is fully Garda vetted, a Children's Officer, and First Aid certified.
Now, Oyama Kyokushin Karate is teaming up with The A-Team to bring a fun, inclusive, and supportive Karate experience to children of all abilities! 🌟
FREE TASTER DAY!

⏰ Time: 2PM. – 3 PM.
