The motorsport legend the was Dougie Hughes RIP, was well represented here today at RallyConnection Rally School when his daughter Glenda Mc Cormack and grandchildren Ella and Reuben visited us for Reuben’s 21st birthday. It was a pleasure to meet them and remember Dougie who was a true gentleman and promoter of Irish motorsport.

After returning to competitive rallying after 16 years, both RallyConnection Rally School instructors Mick Cuddihy and Tom Kenneally win their class in the National Forest championships. Mick won class 11R in his Starlet with Kevin Barry co-driver and Tom won class 14 in his BMW with his son Shane co-driver who was also 2019 Junior champion and an instructor at RallyConnection Rally School.
