Dungarvan Enterprise Centre is delighted to share that applications are now open for the ACORNS programme – a unique initiative supporting ambitious women who are starting and growing businesses in rural Ireland.

If you've:
✅ Started a business that has generated sales since the end of June 2023, or
✅ Are at an advanced stage of planning a new venture with a clear business vision,

..and you live in a rural area (outside the administrative city boundaries of Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford), you could be eligible to apply.

ACORNS offers practical support, peer networking, and experienced lead entrepreneurs to help you develop and grow your business.

🌟 Cara Autism Outreach Service Now Available in Dungarvan 🌟

Cara Autism Outreach Service is now available in Dungarvan, based at the Dungarvan Enterprise Centre, providing personalised, community-based support for adults with autism to help them live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives.

Cara is also proud to have recently received National Autistic Society (UK) Accreditation, recognising its commitment to delivering high-quality, autism-informed support.

💙 Services include:
• Personalised support plans tailored to each individual's goals and aspirations
• Development of life skills, social skills, self-acceptance, and personal identity
• Community integration and opportunities for meaningful participation
• Rehabilitative support to promote mental health and wellbeing
• Guidance with housing, employment, education, and personal development

The service is available to adults aged 18 years and over with a formal autism diagnosis.
