Congratulations to another great game from under15s girls. 💪👌
Well done Erin on your performance and being named player of the match.
From a girl whose football was publicly belittled, by coaches at her last club and who had hung up her boots, promising never to play football again.....I am so so proud.
You have shown such strength of character and resilience, and worked so hard on the field.
Thank you to coaches, for raising her self-esteem and making her believe in herself again. Being part of this team and the camaraderie has given her a new lease of life. The role of coaches and teachers in young people's lives are extremely important. Thank you for all the work you do. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

I am very excited and so grateful to be starting to teach the Bikram 26&2 Hot Yoga series at ;
Dani's beautiful studio in our home village of Omeath, Co. Louth.
I completed my 200 hrs Hot Yoga TT in Dublin's Down Dog Studio (unfortunately no longer open) in 2019 and then began teaching in with my fantastic mentor Jenny, who continues to inspire me and so many.
I cannot wait to teach this hugely beneficial and healing Yoga to our wonderful community here .
I'll see you Friday 18th August .
