commitment to training your clients expect. Carole Reay is the entrepreneur behind the venture creation and holds a BA in International Marketing and Languages from DCU, Dublin, Ireland. She has spent over 20 years in the marketing field across many industries and has lived and worked in France, Canada, Poland, Malawi and Ireland. She was a part of the key start up team instrumental in the launch of Ireland’s first national internet provider and subsequently headed up the worldwide innovation department for a world leading e-learning company for four years. More recently she held the position of Senior Account Manager with an Irish mystery shopping company. It is Carole’s passion for finding new ways to solve old problems that led her to combine her experience of the internet, innovation and mystery shopping to find a solution to the shopper error problem.
