What a lovely idea 😍

Artists Required -

We are looking for children (or adults) to make some handmade Christmas cards with positive Christmas messages. These cards will be delivered to the elderly and vulnerable who live alone over Christmas.
If you feel up to the challenge, please post or drop them into Garda Edel Dugdale in Trim Garda Station or Garda Barbara Kelly in Ashbourne Garda Station.

As you all know we love a good dance of a Friday but we also pay special attention to our làmh (sign language) and the children love to see what new signs we can learn from Dizzy Deliveries every Friday.
Teacher Jenny contacted Joe the presenter from Dizzy to see could he say hi to room 4 and we all got a big surprise when he sent us this lovely video.

We have teamed up with Sage&Stone to bring some extra festive cheer to the children this weekend. We have a €50 voucher to give away to the winner of this year's colouring competition. Pop in to pick up your colouring sheet from the office.

All the children attending the service will be colouring it here at the crèche and we will drop them down to Sage&Stone where the winner will be picked out.

Enjoy all the fun and festivities at their amazing Christmas Market with the children or with your own Santa paws this weekend and of course the Toy Show.

We had a fantastic evening with Melissa from My Space Play Therapy learning new ways to manage childrens behaviours and those big emotions and feelings. We are always looking to connect on new levels with children, to further support them and their parents.

As early years educators we are always developing our skills further to meet the needs of today's children. Continued professional development and building our knowledge and education is extremely important to continue offering a high standard and quality of care and education to the children that attend our pre school and Afterschool service.

Melissa is an amazing play therapist and also my mentor and clinical supervisor as I continue on my journey and qualifying as a play therapist.

I would highly recommend any parent, early years educator or teacher to book this positive behaviour management course. 👌
