Hi everyone,
Im considering doing fitness classes in Moate so before I do anything I would like to know what you would like since these classes will be for you. For the past few months I have been teaching classes and personal training in possibly one of Irelands biggest and busiest gyms in Dublin. Below is a quick questionnaire which list a few simple question in relation to fitness classes, all you have to do is click the link and answer the questions. Starting off the morning right with a high fat breakfast to kick start the metabolism. A question that I regularly get asked is why is it important to have a high fat meal in the morning or are fats not bad? Well let me explain it like this. Having a high fat meal for breakfast and reducing the amount of carbohydrates you intake in a day will help convert your energy source from carbohydrates to fats. This basically means that instead of burning carbs for energy your burning fats which will help the increase of fat reduction, lowering your body fat percentage and making you leaner.
