We have two fab new sandwiches in our Montague Street shop!!!! And they are really really tasty (even though we say so ourselves)!!! Getting great feedback already!
We have the BGC (Best Grilled Cheese) which comes with Wicklow brie, Wicklow cheddar, Durrus and Comte. It also has spring onion and red onion and is served on sourdough bread which is buttered and grilled!! The BGC is crispy on the outside and and deliciously soft on the inside when toasted.
Then there is the Classic Ham & Cheese!!! It comes on a sourdough baguette and is filled with ham, Wicklow cheddar, lettuce, tomato, tomato relish and mayo. The Ham & Cheese is great as it is at room temperature but is also pretty damned good when toasted!
They are available now in the Montague St shop just off Harcourt St, but will be coming soon to Liffey St (in Arnotts) and Kildare Village!!
