The answer is YES.

The water is cold. But if you are an all year dipper you are climatised to it. They are 30 minute sessions or less if needs be. Its time to Build the blocks of confidance . Getting some distances practise been out of your depth . Floating on your back . Sighting skills so you dont swim 100meters in the wrong direction. If your good with cold water. And want to work on one or two skills . These short sea sessions are perfect .

World Autism day. Blake wants to say. He tries so hard every day and regulates when he comes home by spinning and stimming so no can see. He would hope everyone tries just as hard to be more understading and sensitive to others around them.
