As you all know, climate change is becoming an increasingly pressing issue. We strongly believe that we have a responsibility to press for adequate measures to be put in place to limit its negative effects as if we do not, climate change will no doubt have extremely negative consequences for the generations to come.

Therefore, we will be closing our stand from 10:30am to 2pm tomorrow so that we can attend the climate strike in Merrion Square. If you wish to join Physics Society we will be at the stand before and after these times.

Come join us outside the SU at 10:30 if you wish to join the Climate Strike so that together our voices can be heard and we can help make a difference in limiting the negative effects climate change will have on our environment, preserving our planet for generations to come!
